I am in disagreement with the other reviews I have read. I brought my car in a year ago for a transmission rebuild and paid a pretty penny. When my transmission began slipping recently I returned to Parker transmission expecting my warranty would cover the cost. Neil, the new owner, did not want to honor my warranty because he had taken over the business and was not the person who performed the original work. I had to pay for a second transmission rebuild within a year of the first. \r

Parker transmission had my car for one week before they even began looking at it. All the while, I am without a vehicle and having to manage transportation to work and to pick up/drop off my children. They began fixing my car in the second week, and the day they told me it would be finished, I called to confirm and they informed me that the car was not finished because they realized another issue was actually to blame. \r
