Fantastic repair service that you can count on. It was my first time to use them to repair my Bosch washer. For me, first impression is important for every business and they were very successful in giving me a great impression in them. Starting from the moment that I called in which I was answered by a nice and polite customer service. She was very attentive to every detail that I shared over the phone. She even had me scheduled on that same day and she told me that their tech guy will arrive an hour later. The tech guy arrived just on time and same with the operator, he was also nice and polite to me. The best part is, he got my washer up and running in just a few minutes. Everything about them was great, from the operator to their technician and to their quick and affordable service rate.
