Review content:
Yes, they are wonderful at selling you very expensive shoes, but...if you have any issue with that shoe and have misplaced the receipt they will not even give a store credit! They had proof of the date of sale, proof of a check copy, and a pair of shoes WORN IN THE HOUSE for a few hours (resulting in ankle and foot pain). They were very rude (especially for an owner), and did not want anything to do with resolving the issue and satisfying the customer, basically said give them to your daughter if you can't wear them...wow...really? When they were purchased the exact words of the salesperson were "these will change your life, your feet will feel fabulous!". The only thing that will change in my life is that i will never step foot in Golden Shoes again. It was a store that my family and friends shopped frequently because we like to spend our money locally, but sadly i will tell everyone in my life to use caution when purchasing from this store or just go somewhere else.
