Review content:
After waiting, you guessed it, nearly THREE hours, a "scuff" (so deep they couldn't rub it out) magically appeared from the front drivers side all the way to the back of my car. I bought this car three days ago scratch free, and have photos as recent as yesterday to prove it. After taking to Jeff (the smaller of the two) he tried to tell me it had been there before. It's a white car, pretty positive I would have noticed a giant black mark down the car. Don't you think? I went as far as taking the issue to the owner, Dennis, I believe his name is, who makes it clear that there's no way they could have done it, it was there before, I must not know what I'm talking about. He even made excuses for the crappy way Jeff handled it, NOT ONCE apologizing or trying in any way to make it right. They did however, mention that had a couple shops they send people too. Hmmm, now why would you do that if you never damage the vehicles? The owner, the manager and the majority of the employees (save one, who genuinely tried to help) refuse to take responsibility for their work and the customer is always wrong. Worst experience I've had ever, anywhere! Don't waste your money.
