THIS UPSCALE CHINESE RESTAURANT WELCOMES YOU HOME AS YOU ENTER. WHILE DINING ON NATURAL FINISHED WOOD TOP TABLES THE FEELING OF AN ISLAND PARADISE BECOMES APPARENT. THERE IS A VERY LARGE FRESH WATER FISH TANK ON ONE WALL OF THE DINING AREA AND A LARGE POND SURROUNDED BY A WATERFALL AND LUSH GREENERY ALSO ENCOMPASSED OUR WONDERFUL DINING EXPERIENCE. THE SERVER WAS VERY CORDIAL AND I COULD TELL ALSO VERY EXPERIENCED. I WAS OFFERED SEVERAL CHOICES WHICH FIT INTO MY DIET. THEY WILL MAKE MANY DISHES FOR YOU THAT ARE NOT ON THE MENU BUT YOU MUST ASK. MY FAVORITE THIS NIGHT WAS THE FILET MIGNON IN BLACK PEPPER SAUCE AND THE WALNUT SHRIMP. YUMMMMM!!! LATER I FOUND OUT THAT THIS RESTAURANT HAS BEEN VOTED NUMBER ONE IN "BEST CHINESE FOOD" BY THE STAR NEWSPAPER READERS POLL FOR APPROXIMATELY 15 YEARS. GLAD WE CAME HERE. AFTER THE MEAL WE WENT INTO THEIR WELL STOCKED KARAOKE BAR FOR DRINKS AND GREAT ENTERTAINMENT HOSTED BY ONE OF THEIR KARAOKE JOCKEYS WHO JUST HAPPENED TO ALSO PLAY THE SAX. THE LO
