My car was close to a total. It is less then 6 months old and i was worried about it not being the same. Not only did John fix my car in 7 days like he promised but he also fixed a dent i had on the other side. I like the family enviornment that this shop has. I never felt like i was bothering them when i called. Nicole had to fight but my insurance ended up putting new parts on my 2011. They actually tried to write used parts. I am glad i didnt let my insurance company move my car like they wanted. At least my car was fixed at a place that worked for me not for my insurance.
