I should have known by the 100's of people across the street using their competition. I thought I would avoid longer lines by using Gruene River Company instead of Rockin R.\r

What a bunch of clueless idiots. I did a little recon the day before to make sure my two young kids could do the trip. Questions like "age appropriate, length of trip, hazards, etc..." The guy at the check in assured me everything was OK. We all showed up the next day and stood an hour in the hot sun only to be told that no kids under 8 can get a tube when we started the registration. There was no sign anywhere! The girl at the desk told me the guy at the check in didn't know their business. Well, what is he doing working there?!? They have no shade for the long line. Eazy ups are like $100 these days. While I was in line under the blaring sun I watched the business across the road. Shade tents everywhere for the lines, LOTS of busses coming and going, lots of registration points.
