Our dog died because of the negligence from Dr. Bader and his staff. We took her there because she was vomiting. Bader's staff told us that she was allergic to her food and to change it to another brand. It made her worse. They told me that I must be causing our dog to be sick because I was under a lot of stress from family tragedy. Dr Bader minimized everything she was going through, and even laughed at how concerned I was and prescribed Rimadyl, which made her worse. She was vomiting brown gunk in big pools all over the place. After 3 weeks we begged him to refer us to Michigan State. After much delaying (3 hours) and with a big chip on their shoulders we got the referral. We took her Michigan State's Small Animal Clinic immediately and found out, in two days, that she had stomach cancer. She had lost over 30 lbs in Dr. Bader's care in just 3 weeks and she couldn't stand up because she was so weak. Michigan State vets performed surgery on her and the cancer had spread to 2 lymph node
