Review content:
We hired KT Heating & Air last week to replace an inducer and blower wheel. I did my research before the job and figured the repair would be reasonable. I just received the bill and the parts were DOUBLE market value. Labor charge was also double the actual time spent on site. Spoke with Dan (I think he is the new GM) and he refused to adjust the invoice. \r \r The GM (Dan) defended his mark up of 200% by saying: "I need to make money off those parts"--yes, that is a direct quote from Dan, and he didn't mind me quoting him!!!! Wow, if nothing else he's got guts to let me quote him. When I called back to find out the name of the owner, Phyllis the secretary refused to give me the info, made a condescending remark about how I "just don't understand" business, and HUNG UP ON ME!\r \r A certified electrician confirmed I was gouged. Neither the parts nor labor were reasonable. The customer communication was beyond bad. Go anywhere else for your heating and cooling needs.
