I liked reading all these reviews. Yes, I don't like to wait hours to see the vet but nobody has ever been rude. There is a vet tho, he has an accent and talks very quietly, so you have to perk your ears like your pet. The other young man is good. But I don't remember the "quiet talker's" name. He's just not ...feeling. Dr. R is wonderful. I have two pugs and I don't know everybody's name but, Sophie is wonderful and the groomer loves my pugs. They are getting old now guys, one is 13 and the other boy is 11. I'm sorry some people had a bad day over there. I've been rude and later regretted it myself to the people I have to deal with. Oh well.
