When we were shopping for and ultimately purchased a bike at Campus Bicycles, the staff member showing us bikes was very helpful. Her name was Sam and she was great. But all of my interactions with Campus Bicycles after buying my daughter this high end bike have been very unpleasant. The owner is very terse, rude, condescending and I sincerely regret giving him one penny of my hard-earned money. If I could turn back time, I would take my family and my money somewhere else in Chico to buy a bike. Don't make the same mistake I did.
