We have a very busy automotive car repair workshop here in Charlotte. Customers are forever having their cars towed in to have them worked on. Today Matthews Towing Automotive Service dropped off a vehicle. The driver was so rude! I asked him what the last name of the person he picked it up from was, and his reply was "don't know". So I asked if he had a phone number for them, he said "nope". I asked him where he got it from and he just strugged his shoulders. We are required to have some kind of information on the cars before we accept them, but he just laid down the key and walked out without saying anything else. Why would we want to be stuck with a car, that we have no information on, and it won't start? \r
He was a jerk. And we usually recommend certain companies for towing, but Matthews Towing will not be one of them.
