University Tire is always helpful! Their staff is very friendly, and their work is always top notch. They are very thorough with your vehicle and really look out for your safety. Integrity like that shows me they really aren't just out to make money. When they give you an estimate for work, they do a great job explaining what each thing means, and they never act impatient when helping you. They also have customer loyalty cards that allows you to earn a free oil change with every 6. It's a small gesture, but hugely appreciated. They will also drop you off a work and pick you back up if you need to leave your car with them for work.
