The drs./staff at this office are all very service oriented, sometimes to the point that you don't feel genuinely welcome. Also, the wait can be a little long at certain times, but the drs. are known to go above-and-beyond the regular eye exam- they always get my eyes dilated as well as that dreaded *puff* test. They have a great selection of frames- pricey, but nice if you're looking for something in particular. They have all the designer frames! I did have a situation where my frames broke and they were very accomodating about fixing them. They made sure that I was a priority which was a nice touch. They are located inside Riverside Hospital and the office is a little difficult to get to- you have to use the parking garage, then go outside, into the hospital and finally up the elevator. My disabled mother-in-law has issues with this...
