We went to Citrus Heights Saw & Mower to get a pre-bottled gasoline blend designed to protect 2 stroke motors when not in use for long periods of time from damage caused by the new gasoline blends. I asked the ?gentlemen? for the product and was literally scoffed at. One of the ?guys? told me the product did not exist and the other smirked and said I was mistaken because they would know if the product existed given their ?professional ? expertise. They didn?t for a minute stop to consider that I might know something that they didn?t. The product does exist (from what I understand fairly new on the market ? 6 months). I purchased two cans at a local auto parts store. When I called to let them know and discuss their perception of customer service, they told me THEY DIDN?T NEED any new or additional CUSTOMERS. Of course there was more dialogue but it came down to, me the customer, who was the problem. Couldn?t have been their lack of industry knowledge or failure to
