I've been here for repairs and used them for pulling my car out of the ditch. \r

In their shop, they have a technician who explains everything quite well so that you understand what's going on. Never do you feel stupid or taken advantage of because you might be a female who knows nothing about cars. \r
\r
And when my friend was pulled out of the ditch during a recent snow storm, their towing guy did a good job of explaining what he was going to do and what would happen so that when the car made noises it didn't make us worry that they were making the situation worse -- it was handled in a way that was comforting and put our minds at ease.
