I recently returned from the hour+ drive one-way from second time around to consign some clothes. I was told by the girl that went through my clothing that a pair of jeans (washed of course) I had brought in smelled like peanut butter. So they were rejected along with ALL of the other pairs of jeans I had brought in, too. Including a brand new pair of Express jeans with tags that were rejected as well.\r
I had a nice pair of Nike shoes....no deal on them either. Two pair of leather dress shoes didn't make the cut either. I had everything on "hangers" and "clean", just like they want. Needless to say I won't be returning there to Secondtime Around. I made sure the girl was aware of this before I left. I will definately take my consignments elsewhere to another shop next time, if not just take them to Goodwill. Very poor experience for me.
