Review content:
I recently purchased a house and the sellers chose Advanced Air as the radon abatement contractor. They installed a radon abatement system but did not do a follow-up test to be sure it was working properly. After I moved in, I called Advanced Air at (614) 766-2858 on June 11th and left a voice mail requesting that they contact me to set up the follow-up testing. I did not receive a call back, so on June 12th I emailed them at the email address on their web site, info@radonguy.com. Again no response. On June 14th, I asked my realtor to help, and he said he called Kevin Mullins, the owner of Advanced Air, and that Kevin would be calling me. I received a call from Kevin on June 15th (and a lot of excuses but no apology for not getting back to me sooner) and we scheduled the re-test to start on June 20th at 5:30pm. On June 20th, Kevin did not arrive for our scheduled appointment, but left a voice mail message stating he would be coming by at 6:30, which he did. We scheduled the test to end
