I was looking for a Vet for my 7 month old puppy. I had been referred to Dr Hart's Animal Hospital so I called to get an idea about pricing. The woman who answered the telephone was very rude and cold. She stated that since we would be new to the practice, we would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for an appointment, as their current clients come first and maybe we should look elsewhere. Thank goodness I didn't waste any money on Dr Hart!. I sure hope the doctor knows how poorly her staff is treating people calling into her practice. I wouldn't give this office any rating at all!
