Dixon pools had me spending lots of money on pool chemicals because, they informed me that I had a problem with my water. I took my water sample to another pool company who tested it and found out that I had an algae problem. Once I figured out what to do on my own the algae went away and, I didn't have a problem for the rest of the summer. Alot of Dixon's customers have left to go to other pool companies because, they feel they are getting the run around from them. Why would I want to continue going to a company that doesn't know what's wrong with my pool just to keep sending money, time and, not being able to swim in my pool. I recommend that you not go into that store unless you are wanting to waste your money and time.
