My previous review was deleted after 3 days.\r

Dixon Pool and Spa installed 24 foot round pool which was purchased by me. When pool arrived the day of construction it was NOT the pool I purchased at the store.\r

During construction the skimmer basket was located 25 feet from the pump/filter which should be within 6 feet. Now I have 2 hoses running from the pump/filter to the skimmer/return that are 25 feet long.\r

The pool is not square. The water level on onside of the pool is 2 inches below the liner and directly opposite 2 inches above the liner. When I complained about it I was told they would correct it but I had to pump out the water from the pool which cost me $500 and spend another $500 to refill it. Why I would have to pay for their mistake is beyond me. I could not afford this after spending $6000 for the pool and construction/installation so I now have a pool not square.\r
