there is no discussion here-these are very serious, diligent pros. I'm not IN the medical field, I'm a doctor!! Yes they work like the selfless slaves which they are, but don't fault them for the system, or the shortage of derms in the area, or the shortage of derms in the COUNTRY!! They'd LOVE to find another associate. FIND THEM ONE!! They'll probably pay you a finder's fee.
