Review content:
I have taken my babies to Critter Fixer for a few years now. I have to honestly tell you that my rating of very good is if you do not see Dr. Rogers. The other vets and staff are very caring and gentle with your pets. Dr. Rogers, while an "advocate" for the pet in terms of vaccination protocol...could improve his bedside manner. He is rude and quite frankly not compassionate towards owners who are concerned for their pets. My dog was attacked by another dog and had a deep puncture wound. The first vet we saw was great! When we came in for the follow-up just a couple of days later, we saw Dr. Rogers. He was much less optimistic about the outcome for our precious dachshund. Happily, she survived and went on to have a growth removed from her neck. Again, Dr. Rogers was just plain rude. If it wasn't for the other vets and staff, I would not continue to go there. In January, we had to put to sleep our little 17 year old girl. I am thankful Dr. Rogers was not in clinic that day.
