Review content:
We have taken our Golden Retriever to this groomer twice. The first time, the girl who answered the phone was rude, short and seemed to be in a hurry. We got disconnected and she never called me back (she had the number), I then had to call back and get confirmation on the appt time. Anyway, we picked him up he looked ok and they said he was a good dog. But a few hours later at home I noticed that he had some sort of growth on his toe and they never brought this to my attention. It looked like they shaved right over it, but it was not bleeding. They never alerted us to the fact that anything appeared to be wrong. It turned out to be a malenoma tumor which has since been removed.\r \r The second time we went was great. He looked good, he smelled good and he had a little scarf on. He's older and has a hard time getting in the SUV, so the gal at the front desk even helped me get this 113# dog into the car. We will be back!
