After calling multiple times during business hours and getting no answer I drove down to the shop. They were closed, it was 1pm on Monday.(They have VERY limited business hours) However, the lights and fans were on. So I parked, went to the front door and saw a lady at the counter. She looked up as I pulled on the locked door and went back to what she was doing. So I grabbed my phone and called, I could hear the phone ringing inside. The lady inside just looked at me, looked at the phone and then walked into the back. I was there to order two custom cakes, but will be taking my business elsewhere. I've never had such a hard time trying to spend hundreds of dollars at a business before. If they can't even treat their customers with respect imagine how they treat their kitchen?
