STAFF MEMBERS ARE NOT NICE TO KIDS.\r
I attended a friend's son's birthday party with my daughter at The Bounce Spot. The staff seemed a little on edge. When they spoke to the children, they sounded agitated. Working with children can be stressful, but when parents are paying for a service they need to be aware of their tone. If they do not like working with kids, they should reassess their career choice and possibly look for another place of employment. It's not the fault of the children that the staff cannot tolerate excited and loud kids. The facility itself is bright, clean, and fun for kids, BUT I gave 1 star for the service
