Very unhappy with greenlawn funeral home. My Mom recently passed away and had prearainged plan with them years ago. She was to be cremated, and no funeral services. I came down from St.Louis,MO to see Mom one last time. Needless to say it was a disaster. \r
They had done nothing at all. I had to go to the Garage to view my Moms body. she was still in the same Position she was found in, Laying on her side, in a sleeping position, on a metal gurney sitting in Garage next to a hearse.\r
Then they made the comment that they were losing money because she made the arrangements back in 1999, I dont care they agreed to the price then, and should not complain to loved ones of the deceased about losing money. Very Unprofessional. I dont want to give them even one star, can I give negative stars?
