I came in to see Dr. Noche about nothing more than a physical and a write-off so that I could get a student visa. While in excellent health and having got my vaccinations for college, Dr. Noche insisted on doing some "tests" (one was a chest-exam, which was completely unnecessary) which totaled whopping $550. Thereafter, he proceeded not to return my phone calls for over two weeks (at which time I had my appointment for the visa, and he said it would only be a day or two) and I was forced to go to another practitioner who was able to fill out the form in less than five minutes. Dr. Noche still hasn't returned my calls. He is an unsatisfactory, inadequate, incompetent man who barely deserves the appellation Doctor--in fact he slanders it. He's taken a good chunk of my bank account and I'm sure some of it found its way into his corrupt wallet. DO NOT GO TO HIM.
