Review content:
Went in for exhaust system: Technician working on vehicle tells me converter is ok, manager tells me I need a new one, as well as a new tire which is brand new. When I got back to pick up vehicle he tells me the O2 sensor was seized in the bung hole and the I can go buy one and they would put it in tomorrow. The car has to pass emissions tomorrow, so I went and bought one. (You would think they would have one there, it IS a MUFFLER SHOP) Then he tried to charge me additional fees to install the O2 sensor. He gives me my car and now the temperature gauge is inoperable. They took it back in the garage and were unable to fix it. My wife called to speak to the manager and he said I HAD AN ATTITUDE, and that it was like that when I brought it in, (it most definately was working) all I wanted was my car fixed. $465.00 later my exhaust is fixed but my temp gauge doesnt work. Now have to spend more money to get fixed Thanks Bridgeview Midas!!!
