ONLY 1 STAR because they wouldn't let me leave the Rating box blank.\r \r Here's our story:\r \r Kitchen sink leaking. We called this place because their website "claims" to give free in-house estimates. They said they would arrive between 2 and 6pm. We got a call around 5pm that someone was on their way. It's almost 6:30pm now and we are still waiting. We called them back and asked what happened. They acted like they had no clue what we were talking about...\r \r UPDATE: 10 minutes later...\r \r A man named Chris just arrived, smelling like smoke and beer. He acted very casual. He did not apologize for being late. He just walked in and asked where the problem was. We showed him the faucet and he looked under the sink, then back up again. We asked him HOW MUCH to fix it? He remained silent. Then he reached in and tightens something at the top of the faucet. We asked him CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE US AN ESTIMATE? WE CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE. And he says "Well, I already fixed it... (Laughs) Wait til you
