Well, after initially calling this shop 10 months ago and a few other shops re: Auto A/C service I decided on this shop. I did re-contact this year at least 2 times to make sure that they could handle my unique needs with a 20 year old import car and R-12 Freon, I was assured they could! After showing up about 8 AM after taking the day off work, I was greeted and soon after that the mechanics/techs proceeded to try to get the R-12 Recovery Management machine working. One man on the floor trying to get the wiring operational so the unit could power up. No such luck! Waited around about an hour and one half and was not even talked to only when I asked questions and probed. Then I was told that they cannot help me until they get the machine working. Duh, no kidding guys. Not even a "I am sorry" please exuse our machine not working. Just guys working on their machine when I brought MY CAR to be worked on. It appears they do not specialize in Auto A/C, nor older cars that have R-12 System,
