Lou is the sweetest man in the world! My husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and Lou immediately had crews at my house every day for two weeks and has turned the downstairs bath into a beautiful, totally handicapped facility that will make my husband so much more comfortable. Lou has been my angel and his entire staff is so friendly, professional, and thorough, what has been a nightmare for me has truly been eased.
