My husband and I went into the store over a month ago to discuss plans for building an in-ground pool.We were ready to commit to this project and needed someone from CP to come and survey the property.We filled out all of the information to get started and the clerk helping us said that the owner would call us to schedule a time to come out to look at our yard. We were ready to go.However, we never got a call from CP. We tried again to contact the owner to set an appointment, but he never called us back.We were so excited about starting the pool and were sure that we made the right choice in choosing CP, but apparently they didn't have the time for us.Disappointed in the service from CP.....Never got any :(. If they could not even get us started, would they be available if a problem came up during construction or after ??????????
