I have used the Animal Hospital of Howard in the past for my two Schnauzers. My one dog I took in to get spayed and she appeared to come out of the surgery fine. The next day she was very sensitive in one spot on her side so I took her back in because there was a raw spot. We doctored for months and months, several hundreds of dollars later we finally got her healed but she had a scar the size of a quarter. They offered to do plastic surgery to fix but I refused. I kept asking why and they told me she must have reacted to a medicine. Years later I moved and took her to another vet to clearly said that she was burned when she was spayed. They laid her on a heating pad, which malfunctioned and she burned herself. I have since moved back to the area and will never take an animal there again.
