Review content:
This facility does really care about the clients, both the animals and their owners. It's exciting to get a new pet, but vet costs are just part of the package. So is grooming. The 2 girls that work in grooming have decades of experience so I am pretty sure the old english sheepdog story wasn't quite how it went. It's pretty obvious that the dog went too long without being groomed so whatever price you had to pay is because of the risk the groomers are taking to fix the mess that you created..unless of course you would like to try and get those mats out..it's painful for the dog and the groomers have to take a lot more time. And if the dog is rarely groomed, I highly doubt the puppy is going to sit nicely on the table. It's your own fault for not researching grooming costs before you acquired a dog that needs frequent grooming. Blasting the facility just made it more obvious that you don't know how to take care of your dog.
