They do charge an up front fee. Charged me $60 up front just to drop off my four wheeler. THEY HAVE MY FOUR WHEELER! Why do they need a security deposit? That should set off red flags with anyone but they have Jimbo Eubanks old establishment and he had a very good name so I trusted them. My HUGE mistake. I took my four wheeler there because it sat over the winter and needed a battery or a charge because it wouldn't start and it needed a governor screw because my wife misplaced it. They told me it would be a couple days. I called a week later and they said they hadn't looked at it yet. I got a call two days after I called them and they said it was ready and the bill was $170! When I started questioning why it was $170, what they did and why they did all this work without asking my permission, the owner literally started yelling at me. He yelled at me for a couple minutes how it was MY FAULT for bringing it in there needing all
