We rented a property that was managed by Accurate and it was a huge pain to deal with them if we needed something. I would NEVER rent another home that was managed by Accurate.\r

Before we even moved in the locks had to be changed because the key wasn't working properly on the door. Their locksmith came out and replaced the locks and while he was there proceeded to crack the door jamb by letting the screen door fly open with the wind. When we called Accurate to report this, so we would not be accused of damaging the house, they told us the locksmith denied damaging the door jamb even though I was watching him when it happened. They also said a thorough inspection had been done and the damage hadn't been noted. I don't understand how it could have been noted when it didn't exist until the locksmith caused the damage! This should have been a sign of what was to come.\r
