I have dealt with Love's for both dog (my rat terrier) and kitten (3 that were dumped at my church) care. They have consistently been extremely caring and helpful. I really appreciate that they have been willing to work with my wishes. I like the option of chiropractic and acupuncture. The only drawback is that sometimes they will use these options even when it's relatively clear that a surgical approach would be better (they thought of trying to treat what turned out to be a burst disc in my dog's neck with acu and chiro). However, they were very good about recommending a surgical hospital and weren't fussy when I opted to go that route (she recovered fully). They also talked me through some anxious times. They have a couple of vet techs who are a little over the top, but their staff is for the most part incredibly professional. They even introduced me to some all-natural calming agents that have made all the difference for our pets! If you're in South Austin, I highly recomm
