Review content:
They towed my sister's car after an accident. She had her medicine and phone inside the car. When we went to get it, the owner said that we couldn't even get inside the car without the registered owner [our father] paying the tow fee and being present. Something about that being in the contract with St. Louis city. Fair enough. She however cried and begged and then they let her get the medicine and phone but not her work uniform or purse. Huh? Is it law or not? They also quoted $300 to tow the car to my father's house when another company quoted $150. I'd rather push than have them tow my car.
