I was FLOORED by the manager, Kimberly B's curt, at times sarcastic, condescending comments. I selected Hannelore's because they carried the dress I fell in love with from a magazine and wanted to try it on to see if it looked nice on me. Kim's comments...\r

Your too big (size 12) for this sample size, I'll have to hold it up and you'll have imagine what it looks like. Mind you, it was a flare gown. She didn't even try to clip/pull or anything to help me decide. Being new to bridal shopping, at the time, I didn't know to even ask for that process. She said you'll have to order it and hope you like it when it comes. Really???? When I asked about additional dresses- Sweety you probably need to go elsewhere.\r

I was even further flabbergasted to learn that she was, per her report, hand chosen to manage purchase for the salon from the owner. Is that what she had in mind when she left her in charge. Trust me, good customer services especially with pricey and
