I have seen two different doctors at the clinic and they were great. Very polite and friendly, but the receptionist and optical staff are extremely rude. Never in my two yrs of going there have I ever received a smile or "have a nice day" from the receptionists. The last time I went to get new glasses, the woman helping me pick out glasses answered her personal cell phone twice and had conversations that lasted several minutes. She never even apologized for taking the calls. When leaving I asked the receptionist a question about contacts I ordered. In a very rude tone, she answered "you will have to wait" and then slammed the sliding glass door. The majority of rudeness has always been from one particular receptionist but I have never received a friendly shoulder from any of them. The office is very busy and a long wait is always to be expected. I usually sit in the waiting room for a hour or more. Then they move you from one room to another before seeing a doctor.
