Terrible! Every time we sent our dog here he came home with hot spots. The last straw was when our dog came home with a bite on his ear and a gash under his neck. My vet bill was 300 dollars. When I called to let them know and inquire about what happened I was told they would look into it and call me back. Of course no one called me back. I expected at least a phone call to see how my dog was doing. To me this shows a complete lack of class. I will never send my dog here again.
