I went to see Dr. Guice twice, last year, he did a filling for me, and an extraction. I was under minimal sedation. During the filling work, the pain became increasingly worse, and no additional pain/sedation was offered. When I had the extraction done, I was in so much pain during this process, tears rolled from my eyes, however no relief was offered. No after care instructions were given and nothing for pain. One year later, the filling came out during an evening routine floss. Dr. Guice was on vacation, and the dentist (from another practice) was referred to me to contact, however, via contact on the phone with this dentist, he reported that he would not do the filling, at best, I can come in to see him and get pain medicine. I did not see this dentist, I waited for Dr. Guice to return from vacation. He re-did the filling, however, declined to offer any post-op pain meds or even dental care instructions.
