I could not be more dissatisfied at the service received here although, I cannot say that I'm surprised because the service was similar when it was Graves. \r

I called the dealership to receive a copy of my contract b/c after a cross country move, I could no longer locate it. After 4 days of talking to 3 different sales representatives. it was so eloquently explained to me by Nick, that my documentation was "no longer on file because it's been years 94 to be exact) and Graves was sold". He also was so kind as to inform me that it was "my responsibility to keep up with the paperwork" after which he stated not to "lecture him" about why it was no longer available and he hung up the phone. Of course, I called back to speak with a manager (Jeremy), whom while he managed to assist me, was obviously annoyed and did not take much interest when I complained of Nick. At any rate, I did finally receive what I was seeking.\r

Although, there is new ownership, obviously not much has changed. One
