Sat. Dec. 4 I had a surprise 40th birthday for my daughter. I have always ordered from this bakery. My children got their wedding cakes from there but this was 10 years ago. I now understand ownership has changed. When I went in to p/u the pastries and cake I had ordered, I was greeted with " gee can't find the cake" looks like we didn't make it. From there it went downhill they called the owner who made me wait 45 minutes while she put together one of the sadest looking cakes I have seen sloppily put together and I have pics to prove it. Cake was not entirely frosted and was lopsided. Not what you expect for what I paid. Plus I missed the surprise since I was late getting to the party. Last time Orland will get my business. As I have talked about this experience, I have heard others tell similar stores. Also their attitude was not helpful at all. So take your chances maybe you will be in the same situation.
