Review content:
My mother-in-law used Blanchard at our house. They did an OK job of mowing and seeding, however they came whenever they felt like it. Then we had some storm damage and requested an estimate for cleanup which we got promptly. They wanted too much money so my mother-in-law told them not to do it. They came out anyway and cleaned up the debris when we were all at work. They billed me and I refused to pay. They have hounded me for over a year with collection agencies and lawyers threatening to take my house over a bill that we disputed. Even worse the service was never requested by me, but they put it in my name as I own the house. Finally, I paid them so the threats would go away. Then they sued ME anyway!!!! I am now being sued by a company for work I didn't ask for, for an account that should have been in another name, for work I paid for. STAY AWAY!!!!
