I saw a four-foot tall cake they did for Paris Hilton on the Simple Life and had to check them out. Are they for real? Yep. They really do make these amazing, large cakes. It's a cool technique they call their "Colossal Cake" series. They also claim to do all their cakes fresh and never bake and freeze. I tasted the cakes and it's true. They were very moist. Just the way I like them! I was impressed with their portfolio, prices and how easy it was to work with their friendly staff. Plus they were willing to fabricate a custom cake stand for me.
