Review content:
This clinic has a sign in the shop advertising a puppy plan. If you pay up front it saves you $81. Trouble is the sign is difficult to see and we were told after complaining that they don't tell anyone about it. We had recently completed our puppies visits and were told we would not get the $81 credit. We are taking our business elsewhere. Obviously they care more about money (even though they are losing our business) than the care of animals. Very poor customer service. Do not take your pet here.
