Called Woody's regarding picking up a van of mine. They indicated that the tow truck driver would call and give an hour time frame. Waited and waited for the call and finally called the office back. Was told that the driver had one run ahead of mine. ( I heard this same phrase numerous times within a 24 hour period) Finally received a call at 2:50 saying they would be there to pickup the van within the hour. After an hour and a half of waiting I called again. Driver said that he was about to call because he ran into issues and could not make it out that day. He said that my van would be his first run the next morning and that he would be there at 8:30am. At noon I had still not heard anything. Called the office again to hear the same words....
