Horrible Nightmare Experience! Beware! I am not even the bride, I am the matron of honor. I was skeptical of Bridal Gallery from the beginning since it looks like such a dump, both inside and out and in this case first impressions hold true. My best friend whom is the bride went to Bridal Gallery because of the prices. I guess you get what you pay for. The staff was extremely rude and didn't know what they were talking about. They measured the bride incorrectly and ordered her a dress a size too small. When the bride argued with them that she has never worn that size they said that it would fit and went ahead and ordered it for her anyway. When the dress came in and we went to try it on we couldn't even get it buttoned, it was so tight. The salesgirl was very annoyed and came in the dressing room and pulled the dress together at the back as tight as she could and then barely fastened the button.
